Refund/Cancellation Policy

Plush Floral Company uses quality roses which are of perishable nature. Perishable goods such as roses and all varieties of flowers cannot be returned.


Refunds

Refund and cancellation can be done in one of two ways.

  • Firstly, cancellations can be accepted only if done 48 hrs prior to delivery date. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that a minimal bank charge of 4% will be deducted for all refunds. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
